I have trained in various Martial Arts for some time. I decided to come to Wudang
Mountain to further my practice and to challenge myself. I was very furtunate to have
found Master Chen Shi Yu and Wudang Traditional Martial Arts School; for here I have
cultivated my body, mind and spirit in ways I never could have imagined. At Wudang
Traditional Martial Arts School we live and train real, traditional Wudang Gongfu in
an authentic and comprehensive manner. The mountain and scenery are breathtaking,
and it is an honor to learn directly from Master Chen. I will take with me fond
memories, skills and serenity that will last a lifetime.
